By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Planificator provides AI-powered production scheduling software, including Gantt chart visualization, resource management, shift planning, order optimization, and related tools for manufacturing businesses. Access to the full platform requires a subscription agreement.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms -- are owned by Planificator and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all production data you upload to the Service. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
Pricing is available upon request. Subscription fees, payment schedules, and billing terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planificator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planificator and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
